The game

A plot's value depends on what's coming around it

A rumored train station, a planned school, a new tram line: in Hotspot Rush, a plot's value depends on what's coming around it. Read the map, buy in the right place at the right time, then build houses, apartments, offices, shops or farms. A confirmed rumor sends your properties soaring; a cancelled one wipes out the premium you paid. Meanwhile, up to five rival developers are trying the very same move.

Bet on rumors: stations, schools, stadiums, cinemas, tram lines. Confirmed or cancelled, they make or break you.
Take on up to five rivals with shameless names: Blue Funk Realty, Mauvers & Shakers, Red Brick Road, Ambezzle & Co., Turquoise Tonic. Or play with none in sandbox mode.
